- DarWilliams.net has been moved to a new server with more
space, so I encourage fans to send photos, e-card designs, chords for
songs, and anything else you can think of. There's lots of space to put
more up on the site. Thanks to everyone who contributes information and
more.
- MEDIA
ALERT: On Dec.
25 from 10 am to 1 pm EST WFUV.com will
be streaming a concert
featuring Dar Williams, The Felice Brothers, Bruce Hornsby, and James
Hunter which was recorded at the Society for Ethical Culture in New
York City Dec. 2.
- You can also see photos from the event on WFUV's website.
- Not entirely sure what this is but . . . there's a Dar
Williams page been set up on NING. Click here to join. Not much more
info there than on her MySpace, Facebook, or regular website.

- Dar will be paying a visit to WFUV sometime during the
10:00 AM - Noon segment tomorrow (Tue. Nov. 25). It likely promoting
the station's holiday show in NYC on Dec. 2, in which Dar is appearing.

- There has not been very much to report lately. Dar's on
tour but not a ton of interviews or new dates being set up!
Anyone who has any photos from the shows, I'd love to see them.
Also, if anybody is going to a show (there are none anywhere near me
and sadly, I've not seen any portion of this tour), I'd love a t-shirt.
Email me if you can help me in this quest.

- Dar's record company has created a pretty cool widget that
you can download to your computer that will give streaming music and
video, and other Dar updates. Click here

- Over on Busack's Blog, he's got a contest in which one can
win a copy of Promised Land or a copy of the live DVD. Check here
for info.
- A new fan video has been added to the Fans
page.
- I have a gently used, long-sleeve, size Large tour shirt
from The Green World tour (unbleached, organic cotton). Because I love
hearing how people have discovered Dar, the first person who writes me with their
discovery story, will get the shirt.
- A few other little fixes here and there.

is featured on the 3rd Rock your
Rights DVD, part of the Justice Through Music Project. This DVD
contains artists and musicians talking about politics and
issues, and will even contain a few full-length performance videos! The
DVD urges young people to register, vote,
and get involved! For every DVD sold, JTMP can donate 10 FREE to voter
registration and
“Get Out The Vote” organizations to help mobilize young people to get
out and vote! It's
US$7 including shipping etc. Details here.
